Only battleground states matter. Kerry has a nice lead there, though not a safe one.

Interesting editorial today in the paper. The writer's position is that anyone that says america is split down the middle is wrong. The US is republican and then goes through the governorships, the two houses, the White House,
and lays out how voters moved away from the democrats and why.

The numbers do not lie, the voters certainly have supported the republcan party across the country, something that the democrats do not want you to pay attention to.

I do not believe it matters. Right now, both parties stink.
