I had a friend on oxycodent for back surgery. When she realized that she was becoming addicted to the medication she tried to withdrawal by minimizing her intake. She had sweats and other symptoms. When she went back to her Dr. for a follow up he asked her.... would you like a prescription for another 100 pills... She said NO....

Had she kept taking them she would have become addicted to them.. No warning at all. No counseling..

We remarked afterward, golly if she had been dishonest she could have taken and sold those 100 pills for a bundle.
