Quite frankly you're advocating the truely frightening position. China is a Communist country where Mao Tse Tung promised the people wealth prosperity and happiness. Look what they have. Child labor, forced abortions, a real socialist utopia. You are advocating both a) the same socialist Govt in this country and b) taking away all means of support for children who are victims of that socialist system. Imagine that, a socialist country that doesn't help anybody.
