No. That's a lie. In fact, all of the Bushie TV ads and attacks about Kerry cutting defense are lies. They pick and choose a few votes over 20 years which were Cold War peace dividend votes. Defense and intelligence savings were bipartisan issues then and in fact it was Cheney who we remember boasting about the Peace Dividend savings.

Kerry's vote to cut some satellite intelligence was simply an attempt to shift more money into human inteligence where we were lacking, and also to disband old Cold War programs which had become obsolete. Whoever told you that trash is a big fat liar. Don't believe them again. And if you just made that up, shame on you for lying.
