Bad choice of words on my part. I meant plan to renegotiate. I think they long for the day when some of the core patents do, in fact, expire, in the hope that they can renegotiate royalties.

It seems reasonable to expect that the press and some analysts will cease on this, and that confusion, i.e. FUD, will ensue. It's likely to be a bump in the road for the stock, imo. How big a bump is anybody's guess.
