I asked Google, but Tero seems to have gone AWOL. I found Bill Frezza though, acm.com and couldn't resist sending him a little razzing message about Nokia being smaller than Q. It was about time he was dragged out again for a traditional ritual flogging. It has been a while.

Where is Tero? Bill was an L M Ericsson guy and flaying him is not much of a consolation prize.
