"You keep acting like she made some diatribe against elected officials, policies and other things.....

I have acted like no such thing. I don't care a hoot about what she did or said. Where have I indicated that I do? I attempted to inform you that she has no entitlement to use Alladan's stage if they don't want her to.

You on the other hand have been ranting and raving about YOUR frustration over the event. Click back over our posts to one another.

I merely pointed out that it isn't a free speech issue and that the management at Alladan can hire or fire who ever they want. I am not to concerned about it ... really.

I asked you to define what YOU think the problem is. The problem as I see it, is that you are unable to so you end up chasing your tail.

This isn't a free speech issue ..........

.......... Linda Ronstadt can create a political situation out of anything her heart desires. Her employer doesn't have to permit it, though. Aladdin didn't permit it.

The problem is that Aladdin drew attention to Linda by overreacting. That caused Linda's comments to be heard by more people and the right wing to look intolerant--which it is!

Basically, the right wing is continuing its self-destructive tendencies.
