Within days of inauguration Cheney/Bush were bombing Iraq which was followed by serious conflict with China...then came North Korea, followed by the Taliban little war(mandatory here) and finally Iraq again, major this time. America as the world's bully is counter-productive, IMO. There has to be another way because the results up to now have been mediocre.
