Excellent research and presentation; unfortunately, way too cerebral for general consumption. It needs to be "dumbed down" so the media and Michael Moore's "stupid Americans" and the rest of the world can absorb it and understand. Will take time and money to educate US. Maybe treatment with continuous regular doses like penicillin will work.

Republicans are embroiled in controversy, and conservative policies are questionable, while Democrats are utterly uncontroversial moderates with sensible (not liberal)policies. Gee, that's what they say all day long on all the leftist threads around here. Right down to the real nutcases, they're all entirely sensible and moderate. (The Red Queen in Alice thought she was perfectly normal too.............) The Brokaws, Jennings, etc. of the world make it appear that their POV is the norm, so I'm sure it's comforting to the sheep to think they're in the mainstream......
