I appreciated divided government, if you mean the executive branch and the senate and house having a mix of party affiliation and power. It is best that all power is mitigated in degrees, but grid lock does suck.

You're advocating voting for Kerry because the republicans are the majority in the senate and house?

Kerry has to give people a reason to vote for him. It hasn't happened yet and with the 90% democrat media polls showing a dead heat, I'd say the Kerry/Edwards ticket is dead meat.

Dukakis had a 15% lead in 1988 and lost.....
