Actually, I saw that. And I shouldn't have connected it with Tench's post. But the supposed link between Iraq and 9/11 is one so commonly believed by Americans, despite many facts to the contrary and none in support. Of course, the fact that Bush and Cheney still promote that idea doesn't help counter it at all...
