Z, I'm thinking that perhaps the reason that we're not catching too many cells within the U.S. is not because the administration is screwing up or because intelligence is lousy, but because there just aren't that many of 'em here!

Perhaps not, but it took only 19 hijackers to pull off the unthinkable. Of course, we're now super-paranoid over the unthinkable, but the fact is that there's just too much of the "unthinkable" to think about. Bridges, malls, subway stations, power plants, other skyscrapers, etc. Not to mention open borders, continued ineffectiveness within our government agencies, and the ever-looming suspicion of Big Brother.

Oh, and don't forget that a couple of morons was able to hold all of the D.C. metropolitan area hostage with a rifle and a beat-up old car.

Many in the world think Americans are too spooked by ghosts. Yeah, that may be true, but so what? Should we just accept the s--t that happens and MoveOn?
