Yeah Clark, that is exactly my point. OFDM does use CDMA tech. The core patents may run out but the original power control patent has been supplanted many time with subsequent patents. The basic theory is still in place but has been improved upon to a degree that is hard to determine whether or not you are infringing upon it. Bottom line, it is not economically wise to try to circumvent it. The same thing might not be so in terms of Waveform. However, I agree with you. It is something to watch----and, I am.
