My guess is that Lehman is fed up probably past his head with the "behind the scenes" of the Commission....Gorlick and ben Venisti, for instance, and the same questions you asked about Berger have no doubt been asked in detail by the Repubs on the Commission...Should have been asked of EVERY member of the Commission, but evidently their politics got in the way of the country's best interest. One might ask WHY the 9-11 Commission itself didn't research the same papers that Berger did....WHY did Berger do it instead of the Commission? It's like asking the Fox in the Henhouse to tell the farmer how many chickens he ate. "None, sir, None....." with feathers sticking out from his jacket, pants and is that some in his socks too?
