I hesitate to point out the you are the one who is turning the scripture outside in. :)

Seriously; I am only using this to demonstrate that you are overreaching when you claim that when Jesus said "It cannot be" it must only mean that all prophets of all times had to be killed in Jerusalem. Do you not admit that it's at least possible that Jesus is using a figure of speech on the order of "you always do that"? Paul said of the Cretans;

"One of themselves, a prophet of their own, said, Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, idle gluttons.
13 This testimony is true. For which cause reprove them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith. Titus 1:

It is obviously not literally true that at all times and in every instance the Cretans were liars. Think about that for just a moment before you react, That is called a generalization because it is generally true. Therefore you will need more than one offhanded mention in one verse to establish a dogma in the way that you have.
