Man!, those pictures of food make me hungry. What most people (Americans) don't realize (and so very clueless) is that many of them folks in China (Fuzhou and to the north) don't eat rice. Lots of vegetables and seafood, and steamed bread. The common perception (and stigma) in US is them folks are "rice eater". Har, har, har, har!
