Who do you think came up with the doctrine of "pre emptive strikes". And do you think Wolfowitz would be in the post he is in if he did not buy into that doctrine? Who put Wolfowitz there and why was he put there. Was he put there so that he could take everything for Bush to read and decide. And why does he continue to be there? IS he there at the will and pleasure of himself or is it someone else.
