agreed wm. i think maybe we have start differentiating. there is tech and there is tech.

to me tech means companies that are research driven; that reinvest a significant part of their revenue in R&D to drive their growth.

right now i think we have to recognize that our economy and society will have to spend a much higher % on security including identity, bioterrorism defense and internet scams. SFLK fits there; so do ISIS, VICL, MANT.

how about some other names that may be trashed right now but could benefit from that major trend (if you agree)..

just remember that protecting yourself or your company against some unforseen event is never going to be as powerful of an incentive to spend than something that promises to help you 1)sell more products or 2)make your business more efficient so that you can put your competition out of business.
