AMD had planned to be in production with 90nm Flash by now. I understand they had to back off to 110nm instead. Is this correct and if so, why? Looks like Intel has quite an advantage here.

Seems like you are counting your chicken before they hatch. AMD is already counting 110nm chicken, Intel still has only 90nm eggs.
