In this year, Bush is the more conservative candidate and Kerry is the more liberal candidate. In fact, Kerry is the most liberal man in the Senate.

Of course, no one perfectly embodies a particular philosophy.

I notice you've tried to say "liberal" is an asset. Now you're trying to deny Kerry's extreme liberalism by blurring the distinctions.
