I have not read the articles but understand these "musicians" were playing at a San Diego area casino. If true, I would like to know which of the San Diego casinos have enough people interested in listening to Syrians play music. The last time I looked, most of the people in indian casinos are "cotton tops" at the slot machines. Question. Might the indian casino be a possible way of laundering and/or filtering funds to the bad guys?

As far as Mineta and his anti-profiling policy goes. He is a liberal weenie just like the rest and the only reason I can think of that he was given the cabinet job is because he fit the ethnic profile for Bush's team. Note - Mineta no longer flys commercial. He has a government G5 to ride in.
