Everything Berger had, the 9/11 Commission had, since he was looking at COPIES. All they didn't have were his notes. I think it went down just like he said. His arrogant carelessness has cost him any future in the Kerry administration. If he committed a crime, it was not telling Kerry he's been under investigation for 10 months!
