HaHaHaHaHaHa!

(He seems to forget that the *most effective* way to have cut taxation on dividends --- rather then the convoluted, flacid, and ineffective approach Bush adopted --- would have been to make dividends 100% deductible TO THE CORPORATION. This would have truly raised dividend payouts, and given ALL corporations a great incentive for payouts....)
