You want to know what the situation REALLY is? You aren't man enough to attempt to force your neighbors to give you money for your medical expenses, so you want the gov't to do the stealing for you. That's all this is about. You know it, I know it, and anyone reading this knows it.


What an absurd thing to say. I'm already paying the government taxes. And I am willing to pay more taxes for health care. By expanding the base of the insured, the cost of insurance will go down, we can all benefit from that.

Right now the US government is spending $6,000 per capita per year on medical. That's more than enough money to pay for my health care. It's just that there is already too much waste.

I'm talking reform, not hand outs.
