Honestly? I did not try to confirm whether your statement about an export record is true or not. However, I did look up the foreign exchange rate curve for the dollar over the last 5 years. Look at just at the 2003 $ against the Euro, a 15% drop in value… x-rates.com Are the records that you talk about in real, adjusted dollar values, or devalued ones? I expect the latter, but you should be able to show me that I am wrong, right?

Quit using "Bush and America" as if they were one thing. Bush is very different from America. Bush is a smarmy politician who cheated his way into power and allowed 9-11 to happen while coddling fat cats and Saudis and ruining many of our alliances in the world. He is also someone who is clearly in the pocket of Big Oil and the pollution lobby. He is the first presdient to ever get a ZERO grade from the League Of Conservation Voters. He has presided over 1.5 million lots jobs despite the greatest defivcit spending in history and he has lied, lied, lied to us many times, as well as covering up such crimes as treason in the White House (the Valerie Plame affair) and huge energy gouging. Finally, when we were attacked, he just sat there doing nothing. You should see FAHRENHEIT 9-11, you might learn something.
