While I really do appreciate your attempt at constructive insight, i'm still not impressed. I think you can do better.

1. Your post didn't directly address my question to you.

2. While I'm supportive of your newly found humility as exemplified by your inclusion of "if" conditional statements rather than one-sided accusations, it would have been more interesting to construct a position, rather than list truisms.

Let's see if we can make some progress here.

Do you think that Congress would have authorized the invasion of Iraq if Bush hadn't been so adamant in his insistance that Iraq was a threat to the United States? Do you think that Congress would have authorized action if he did not mention WMD destruction. Do you think that Congress-members were fearful of being labeled traitors by the Neocons and Bush administration if they did not support the invasion?

I'm only asking that you put some thought and effort in here. Please try to answer any or all of these questions and give reasons for your answers. If you duck the issues again, I will become even more apparent to everyone here that you are scared of sticking your neck out and incapable of meaningful discourse.
