If the plan was removed because it revealed tactical information useful to terrorists then kerry is way to stupid be ever be considered as a candidate for President. If the plan was removed because a scrutiny of the wording would find identical passages in the know stolen documents then kerry and company lied about the minor nature of benedict bergers consultations. kerry having admitted to being a person who has lied under oath while Americans were being held prisoner and making statements as symbolically bad as the recent picture of prisoner treatment in Iraq is most likely just caught in more lies.
