If you get a chance, check out Donald Trump's first book, "The Art of the Deal". Not that I'm a big Trump fan, but for the story of the Wohlman Rink, if nothing else. While you are at it, why don't you discuss how the city of Santa Monica, a public entity, took a moribund shopping street with a vacancy rate of over 30% and through creative planning turned it into a major revenue producer for the city with some of the highest rental rates in the country. And then discuss how INTC spent billions for years on a chip in which they will never recoup their expenses. You have a limited mind with few resources at your disposal........and it shows!
