do current share holders of MVIS get any shares of LMRA when it goes public?

It went public yesterday, and here are the specifics of MVIS share ownership of LMRA:

sec.gov

Excerpt from the above: "As of March 31, 2004, assuming conversion of all outstanding shares of Series A preferred stock, Series B preferred stock and Class B common stock into common stock, Microvision owned approximately 52% of our outstanding common stock, and upon completion of this offering, will own approximately 33% of our common stock."

In other words: current MVIS shareholders did not get any shares directly, but instead hold LMRA via their MVIS holdings.
