This is completely false <Kay uncovered evidence of ongoing research programs>. When Kay failed to discover weapons, the White House shifted its focus and trumpeted Kay's work early on and pretended that Kay was finding ongoing programs -- but he did not find any evidence of any ongoing biological, chemical or nuclear programs. What is worse for the White House -- Kay realized that they were wrong to believe that there were either weapons or ongoing programs and challenged the White House to admit it. It is always hard to know how intentional you are in spreading these completely false statements about ongoing biochemical research programs -- I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you simply do not know what a program is and therefor are easily misled. But by posting these false statements, you join in the propaganda campaign that leaves many people believing these false statements.
