Yeah, I know. My question was sort of tongue and cheek. :-) What I found interesting too is not just the one-year performance, but the last 8-10 years. The NYT did well during the 90's, along with so many other stocks, but it did not take a massive hit when the market started to tank in 2000, and recovered nicely from its lows in late 2000. Now, however, the chart looks like a short. If it breaks 40 there's no real support til 10. Now that would be a big financial hit.
