The classic example of that is the people in the towers who took the Tower Admin advice not to evacuate. You probably included that in your presentation. Certainly did. But I made slides of photos of the folks who disregarded that advice and concentrated the talk on their actions. I have one slide of a bridge from Manhattan that is packed with folks orderly but anxiously departing as the first tower is falling. BTW, I told all 700 security experts that the thing to do when the color code goes red is to implement their emergency plan. The simple reason they did not know what to do and could not answer the question the previous day was because they did not have a plan. uw
