Ted, My mistake.......but what was the point of phrasing your comment that way? Z insinuated that teachers are underpaid because his mother, a teacher with perhaps years of experience, makes 2/3 of what he's making as an entry-level professional. I was hinting that if that's so, entry-level professionals make a lot more these days than I imagined. I guess my illustration wasn't very clear, plus I realize CA may be the exception rather than the rule. But even in CA, teachers are being portrayed as being one step away from poverty. Maybe, if they just bought a house in the O.C. this year ... Tenchusatsu
