Yup. Rush got turned in by his housekeeper then ADMITTED IT.

He didn't come forward until he knew the jig was up. It's so like the conservatives to defend their drug addict "because he came forward" after he was outed.

And he's used his money and his lawyers to stay out of jail. I don't think drug addicts should be jailed, that's a waste of time usually. But maybe an exception should be made for some. Like Rush could benefit from being in jail with a speedfreek I know who went to high school with me. Rush should be in there talking to this guy in DA meetings. Rush of course thinks he's "above" other drug addicts because his addiction is "legitimate".
