Route Map Tim was well known, he dickered with fame. Tim read as much as he wrote and he could act as shepherd or sheep, he rarely chose the latter. Tim wasn't unidimensional, if you believed half of what you read about Tim you would have a better picture of who he might have been, he was never what his enemies claimed, but he was never what his friends thought, he was both and neither. A lot of stories about Tim should be taken with a grain of salt, and many can be gleaned for elements of truth. If I selected incidents to write a story about Tim I would be doing a disservice, Tim was involved in many incidents but I don't think they defined his life here.
