These are three different things, the story ran over this river for one of those reasons and it wasn't one that I chose, it was Riverlightning's choice.
I can comment on the second of these three reasons, an investment in AQCI, that is what SI residents do, make comments about investments.
An investment in AQCI can be compared to the performance of AQCI and a simple set of rules will allow concrete conclusions.

In this particular case it appears that the baby is concrete and the bathwater is deep.
