Once again IDIOT, LIBEL is not a crime. Not in this country. It is a claim or a challenge one may assert when suing for damages.

Absolutely wrong. Clinton has stated that his legal problems never interfered with his decision making. You just made that up...again.

One reason Clinton couldn't concentrate more on Al Qaida was that he was constantly being attacks by rightwing libel artists.

Most seriously confused disciple of the Lying Chinus, I hate to advise you of this, but libel is not a crime. It is considered to be a tort, or a civil wrong. In my state, there is no such thing as libel, as libel and slander have been combined into a single cause of action known as "defamation."

When all is said and done, however, regardless of your state of residence, libel is not a crime.
