The Arab minority in the north controls the govt. The Black majority had been forming an opposition to the govt. They were demanding some political control and some of the profits from a growing oil trade. The Govt. has been allowing Arabic Pro govt. paramilitary groups to rape and pillage as a response.

mish, the Arab Muslims hate the Black Muslims. As usual, the Arab minority has the power and the Black majority has the grievances. They don't have many trees there, but, if they did, they would have more lynchings than the US south during the early 20th Century.

At least we now can see it isn't all about religion. Racism still plays its part.
