Our meddling in the ME was not with the endgame in mind. When you support governments that fail to meet the needs of their populations there will be blowback. And the current meddling? Most Arab Muslims are convinced we have declared war on them. We've supported their enemy for years, and now we're directly attacking them. Do you think maybe there could be blowback from that? When Africans start killing Americans maybe we will respond. Why would Africans want to kill Americans? We aren't bothering them. (Appeasement is working!)
