i have no issue with defending america, but having been privy to the inner workings of the funds allocation process, i found that the inefficiency to be staggering. rather than fix an inefficient, bureaucratic, antiquated system, it seems that we keep choosing to adding additional layers of crap on top. social security needs to be fixed, i agree. however, i think that the funds might be better off being used to subsidize healthcare than being returned to taxpayers. do you think that healthcare should be provided to only those who can afford it?
