Have you ever heard the story of the priest and the prostitute? They lived across the street from one another. The priest was always thinking of the bad actions of the prostitute and the prostitute was always thinking "the priest is so good, I wish I could be like him". When the time of death comes the bad guys come for the priest, he says "no you must want her over there", but the bad guys explain that your fate is determined by what you were thinking about in your life.

So my question to you Ken is, what are you thinking about?

You should definitely insist that GW use your rutting pig analogy in his speech at the convention, and every campaign stope between now and November. He no doubt believes it, and his refusal to say it is both disingenuous and cowardly.
