The answer is FEAR of two-timing Iraqi truck drivers who could have their trucks turned into murderous weapons!!! by anti-US forces. For example, their trucks could be comandeered by Iraqi insurgents or terrorists and loaded with explosives....... and so on and so forth. Too bad I was away for the last few days vacationing in pristinely beautiful Bella Coola, British Columbia, Canada. Otherwise, I would have responded to your post much sooner.
