You may call me whatever you want. I won't acknowledge you calling me "Bob". I'll assume your name isn't "Sioux", May I call you "Dick"? America's policies certainly can help or hinder what other cultures think about us. I do not believe that Kerry's policies will help though. At best, there will be a short term positive response published in the popular media, but in reality, there will be no change in the views toward Americans. I take it that you don't have an answer to my other questions.
