What makes you believe that John Kerry's policies will change the world view of Americans?

{I believe you answered this one} Do you really believe that it is presidential policy that makes other cultures dislike us?

Why do you suppose that the hatred of Americans became so evident under a democratic president (clinton)? The WTC was first bombed in 1993, under Clinton's watch. And the planning for 9/11 happened under Clinton's watch. This tells me that the hatred was there before and was *not* related to US political parties (you can read that as "it wasn't clinton's fault anymore than it was Bush's fault").

So what does Kerry have that Clinton didn't have?
