Wow 40% coming from rats jumping ship lol. Can you blame them?!? At that price this stock will always be one MSFT announcement away from getting a 50% haircut. I will have -0- interest in the GOOG ipo at this price. Those greedy sellers can KEEP IT at that price!!!

The pricing will result in sticker shock for some smaller investors. They may want to split the stock before the offering.

Over a billion dollars worth of stock being sold by existing shareholders.

from the number of insiders filing to sell at the debut, should we as individual investors express an interest ? If the insiders feel or think that the highest ROI will be at the debut, why should we be interested at all ?
