There is one more question about kerry's war record in Viet-Nam. i would like a copy of Navy rule 1300.39 which allegedly allowed kerry to cut a 12 month tour to 4 months and return to the United States.

There are 2.7 million veterans who served in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. How many of these veterans had their tours reduced to time served because of 3 Purple Hearts? Let's post the names.

I will start with john kerry.
