Surely the justice model is still a deal breaker...

I accepted a "frame" of a way to look at the various "Justice models" many years ago. Western Civ has used three. "Christian," "Penology," and "Mosaic code." The last one is the only one that really works.

If the "justice model" means arresting Al-Queda and their ilk and bringing them to trial (under whose laws, anyway?) then yes, that would be a deal breaker for me. And Sullivan's political philosophy is getting more framented by the day. He really has no one to support in the Presidential election this year.

Karen, Bush has been using the "bring them to justice" language since 9/11.
