IPIX Security Receives Significant Order for Video Surveillance Products;
UK Distributor Expands Territory
OAK RIDGE, Tenn., Jul 26, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IPIX Security, a premium supplier of video surveillance technology, announced today it has received an order for the purchase of $3 million of its CommandView(TM) video surveillance cameras from its UK distributor. "Our demonstrations over the past several months of the IPIX video surveillance products have been met with enthusiasm across multiple government and commercial market segments because CommandView systems provide greater situational awareness than traditional video surveillance systems," said Paul Lyon, Managing Director of the UK distributor. "Our UK distributor has seen strong demand for IPIX security systems in commercial segments such as retail, warehousing and transportation in the United Kingdom and elsewhere," said Jim Griffin, general manager of IPIX Security.
