relatively small region in one of the most remote, forbidding areas of the Himalyas, called "the ceiling of the world," among tribesmen who have had almost no contact with the outside world and like it that way. Who consider it part of their very raison de etre to protect guests. Tell you what, if he's so easy to find, there's a $60 million bounty on him dead or alive, go get him. I think he would have been easier to catch in the Sudan, but you seem to know better.
