you may not think you are a racist, but you clearly are. You expect minorities to represent a view that is common to the stereotype. And when they don't, they are labeled as a "house nigga". The fact that Bush has several blacks and women in his cabinet shows that he is not racist or sexist. Because you pigeonholed what Colin Powell's behavior/beliefs should be based on his race, proves that you are.
